Aims and scope
The International Journal of Sustainable Building Technology and Urban Development is the official publication of the Sustainable Building Research Center and Innovative Durable Building and Infrastructure Research Center and serves as a resource to professionals and academics within the architecture and sustainability community.
The International Journal of Sustainable Building Technology and Urban Development aims to support its academic community by disseminating studies on sustainable building technology, focusing on issues related to sustainable approaches in the construction industry to reduce waste and mass consumption, integration of advanced architectural technologies and environmentalism, sustainable building maintenance, life cycle cost (LCC), social issues, education and public policies relating to urban development and architecture .
The International Journal of Sustainable Building Technology and Urban Development welcomes papers on the following topics: Building and Living Environmental; Bio and Healthy Buildings Research; Energy Use and Climate; Environment Performance Assessment Tools; Facility Management of Sustainable Buildings; Life Cycle Cost (LCC); Sustainable Building Education; Sustainable Building Materials; Sustainable Culture, Tradition and Heritage; Sustainable Construction Management; Sustainable Legal Aspect; Sustainable Social Study and Economics; Sustainable Structural System; Sustainable Urban Development, Regeneration and Policies; Planning and Design of Sustainable Building; Psychology. In addition, the journal also welcomes papers related to the topics of structure durability and longevity including steel corrosion, new materials, concrete deterioration, durability in concrete structure, sensor technologies, means and methods for structure durability, and structure maintenance and asset management.
